When you win an increase in your monthly VA disability benefits, our standard service fee is a portion of your new increase to your monthly benefit. For example:

If a veteran was already receiving $500 per month, and is now receiving $1,500 per month, the new increase in this example is $1,000. The standard service fee will be a portion of the $1,000, not the entire $1,500. The portions will be paid over the course of 12 months, and there is an option to pay the entire lump sum with a 10% discount.

If you lose your claim, you owe nothing; Veteran Nexus assumes all the risk up front.
